Returns and Exchanges
Bicycles, bicycle parts, cycling accessories, protective gear, and related items must be returned unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging where applicable. Items that have been installed, ridden, damaged through misuse, altered, washed, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
